Applying for a loan has never be so easy. just fill out the short free application, get a pre-qualification approval within 24 hrs. Have a Pre-Approval Certificate mailed to you along with a letter for your realtor outlining the amount of funds you have qualifed to use for a purchase.

Purchasing or refinancing a home please provide the following: A. Salaried employees provide: 1. Last two years W2s 2. One month of paystubs B. Self-employed 1. Last two years tax returns 2. YTD Profit and loss statement C. All borrowers 1. If you own rental properties, please provide A. Two year tax returns B. Leases for each property C. Tax bills for each property 2. Three months bank statements for each bank account A. Stock/mutual fund account statement B. Ira or 401K account statement C. If you are not a U.S. citizen, provide a copy of your green card D. For refinances only--provide a copy of the deed E. For refinances only--provide a copy of the survey F. For purchases only--provide a copy of the contact for sale D. Closing documents needed for settlement for a Purchase 1. Deed 2. Survey 3. Title insurance 4. One year homeowner insurance policy 5. Certificate of occupancy (If applicable) 6. You must bring a certified check made out to the closing title company for your required down payment and closing cost.
